New Order, New Applications: Opportunities and Challenges of Web 3.0.

The seminar with the theme “New Order, New Applications: Opportunities and Challenges of Web 3.0.” was held in Singapore. Organized by the Asian Academy of Digital Economics, the seminar addressed issues such as digital assets, compliance, regulation, and financial innovation, emphasizing the complex interplay between technology and policies and their impact on the industry.
Participants unanimously recognized the crucial importance of collaboration and communication, highlighting the need for mutual understanding and integration between the financial sector and the digital asset field to promote industry prosperity. Chen Bohui, the President of the Asia Digital Economy Academics, evaluated the multifaceted impact of Web3.0 from various perspectives, noting its potential to address issues such as data asset ownership, data security, and privacy breaches within the current internet landscape, while also foreseeing far-reaching implications for the global competitive landscape.
Chen Bohui further underscored the extensive opportunities and prospects for collaboration between China and Singapore in the digital economy sector. He believed that through deep cooperation, these two countries could become significant drivers of high-quality global digital economic development, further solidifying their “comprehensive, high-quality forward-looking partnership.”
