Dr. He Jin

Professor at Peking University and the director of the Key Laboratory of Peking University Shenzhen Graduate School. He is a prominent expert in the fields of micro-nano semiconductor device technology, semiconductor chip EDA technology, and advanced integrated circuit design. As the main developer, Dr. He completed the international industry standard CMOS model BSIM4.3.0, which has been widely adopted by the international semiconductor industry, accelerating the international community’s entry into the era of nanometer and deep nanometer chips. He also completed the international industry standard BSIM-FinFET, which has been used in the design of high-end intelligent smartphone chips, greatly improving the quality of life in the information society and profoundly reshaping the development path of the chip industry. Dr. He has participated in or led multiple national 973 and 863 projects, as well as projects funded by the Natural Science Foundation, Key Fund, doctoral fund projects of higher education institutions, national defense pre-research projects, and industry-university-research cooperation projects at the provincial and ministerial levels.

Li Min

Chairman of Nanda Smart City Planning and Design Co., Ltd, and an Industry Professor at the School of Architecture and Urban Planning, Nanjing University. He is a member of the National Urban Sustainable Development Standardization Committee, Vice Chairman of the China Smart City Forum, Director of the Jiangsu Smart City Promotion Alliance, and a member of the Overall Group Council for National Smart City Standardization.

Cai Yimao

Vice Dean of the School of Information Science and Technology at Peking University and Director of the Department of Micro-Nano Electronics. He is a professor and doctoral supervisor, and has been awarded the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars and the Ministry of Education’s “Chang Jiang Scholars Program” for young scholars. He is also Vice Chairman of the National Memory Industry Alliance and an Intelligence Researcher at the Beijing Academy of Artificial Intelligence.

He has transferred multiple Chinese and US patents to China’s largest integrated circuit manufacturing company, Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation (SMIC), and has collaborated with SMIC, Huali Integrated Circuit Manufacturing Company, and Shanghai Integrated Circuit R&D Center to carry out industrial technology transfer cooperation. He has made breakthroughs in the development of RRAM production technology platforms at advanced process nodes, and has completed the verification of production technology, which has been adopted by Shandong Huaxin Semiconductor Corporation (a subsidiary of Inspur) to jointly develop a 64Mb RRAM SSD chip that has passed standardized testing and identification.

Liang Yuping

Director and Professor of the China Academy of Personnel Science, which is affiliated with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security. She also serves as the Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of the China Talent Society. Liang has participated in the reform of the civil service system, the revision of the civil service law, and the formulation of a number of supporting regulations.

Yunquan Zhang

Work experience:
Yunquan Zhang is a full professor and PhD Advisor of High- performance computing center,Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences in Beijing, China. He is a member of the People’s Political Consultative Conference, a CCF Fellow, the General Secretary of Technical Committee on High Performance Computing of CCF and the Chairman of ACM SIGHPC CHINA. He was appointed as the Director of National Supercomputing Center at Jinan (2017.01-2019.12), the Expert Review Group member of Information Sciences Division of the National Science Foundation (China) and the Chair of CCF YOCSEF (2010-2011).

Representing achievements:
His research interests are in the areas of high-performance parallel computing, parallel algorithms and software, and parallel computational models. He has published over 200 papers in top international journals and conferences including SC, PPoPP, Proceedings of the IEEE, TPDS and TACO. He received the Excellent Prize of President Scholarship, Chinese Academy of Sciences, the National Science and Technology Advancement Award, 2nd Class, in 2000 and 2019, and the outstanding science and technology achievement prize of the Chinese academy of sciences in 2017. He also organizes and distributes China’s TOP100 List of High-Performance Computers, which traces and reports the development of the HPC system technology and usage in China. He served as a reviewer of journals including IEEE TC, ACM TACO, IEEE TPDS, JPDC, Parallel Computing, Concurrency and Computation Practice and Experience and SCIENCE CHINA and program member of conferences including ICPADS’08、ICS’10、EuroPar’11、FGC’11、IPDPS’11、CGC’11、SC’11、ICPADS’12、CCGrid’12、EuroPar’12、FGC’12、IPDPS’13、CGO’13、CCGrid’14 和 IPDPS’14. He was the program chair of IEEE CSE 2010、IEEE HPCC 2013、FCST2015,NPC2015 and HPC China 2016, the Steering Committee Member of ISC’12, and the general co-chair of the ISC 2011 HPC in Asia Workshop and ScalCom 2015.
