Professor Si Xueming is the leader of the China Blockchain Basic Technology and Application Innovation Alliance, Vice Chairman of the China Big Data Industry Application Collaborative Innovation Alliance, and Vice President of the China Big Data Industry Application Collaborative Innovation Research Institute. He served as the Director of the Executive Committee of the National Key R&D Program SKA Scientific Data Processing Chinese Alliance, formed the SKA Scientific Data Processing Chinese Alliance, served as a member of the Shanghai Strategic Information Industry Promotion Expert Committee, and was a specially appointed expert from the Military Civil Integration Office of the People’s Liberation Army Information Engineering University. Published over 50 papers in various journals and conferences, wrote over 30 strategic research and technical reports for the military and the country, applied for 12 national technological invention patents, and obtained 9 authorizations. Professional directions include cryptography, data science, computer architecture, network security, and blockchain. Has won three first prizes in the National Science and Technology Progress Award; Four first prizes and one second prize for military scientific and technological progress. Honor once for second class merit and twice for third class merit.
