Guanchao Cyber Forum
The Guanchao Cyber Forum is an intellectual conference jointly initiated by the China International Strategic Society, the National Institute of Innovation and Development Strategies, and the Qihoo 360 Group. It has been held continuously for seven sessions to date. The forum aims to create a diverse interactive platform that transcends national boundaries, disciplines, systems, and cultures. It establishes a dialogue mechanism around global issues such as global governance of the digital world, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and collaborates to build the cornerstone of a “global village.”
